Entulisso offers a world wide delivery service.  Please advise if you require delivery to an address other than your order address

United Kingdom  

Including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands

UK Customers benefit from Free Delivery on orders over £50. If your item(s) are in stock your parcel will be sent using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Delivery service however orders may not be dispatched the same day as you place the order, therefore please allow 2 to 4 days for your parcel to arrive.  Orders placed during the week and before midday will typically be delivered within 48 hours, orders placed on weekends will be sent on the following Monday. Parcels going to more remote areas may take longer to arrive.  We will advise you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Europe – £10 delivery*

Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Republic of Cyprus, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain (mainland), Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Republic of Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece.

*Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.  Entulisso contributes to the cost of delivery and offers a delivery cost at a flat rate of £10 for up to 3 wraps. Additional charges may apply for orders of more than 3 wraps – we will contact you to advise of additional charges before your order is dispatched.

We will advise you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You should receive your parcel within 3-5 Working Days.

Rest of the World – £15 delivery*

*Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.  Entulisso contributes to the cost of delivery and offers a delivery cost at a flat rate of £15 for up to 3 wraps. Additional charges may apply for orders of more than 3 wraps – we will contact you to advise of additional charges before your order is dispatched.

We will advise you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.  You should receive your parcel within 5-7 Working Days. International buyers will be responsible for any duty payments.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from Entulisso.  If you wish to return an item you have up to 28 days, from the date of receipt of the item, to do so. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to tell us you’d like to cancel your order; you then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).  Before returning any item, you need to send us an email at sales@entulisso.co.uk telling us about your return. Please get in touch as soon as possible after receiving your parcel so that we are in the best position to help you with your return.

If you simply change your mind after you have placed your order you do have the right to cancel the order. Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and doesn’t end until 14 days have passed from the day your goods are delivered to you.  Please let us know as soon as you can as we may be able to prevent dispatch and can simply reverse the payment.  However if your order has already posted we will have to treat it as a return, processing the refund on our receipt of your parcel.

Please note: Rights to cancel and/or return an item do not apply to bespoke orders.  If we have made a wrap to your personal specification we cannot accept it back unless it is faulty

All cancelled/returned items must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and with any original packing.  We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is as a result of unnecessary handling by you.

Unless the item(s) are faulty, you will be responsible for paying for the return postage.

Refunds will be made via original source of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the goods or cancelation of the order.  The cost of returning the goods is borne by the purchaser.

Faulty Items

All the returns information written above applies to faulty items.  The only difference is that, Entulisso is liable for the return postage on such items.
